The SICCI has its own multi storied building with good infrastructure facilities in the heart of Chennai city which is located at 6 Esplanade, Chennai 600 104. The building consists of three blocks viz., Indian Chamber Building; Indian Chamber Building - Annex; and the M.A. Chidambaram. Building, which was inaugurated by Shri. Rajiv Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India on 27th March 1987, under the Presidentship of Dr. A.C. Muthiah.
It has its own modern air conditioned conference hall namely M.A. Chidambaram Conference Hall and also R.M. Alagappa Chettiar Conference Hall named after its illustrious past president. Facilities for arbitration and small meetings are available.
The Chamber has a modern Air-conditioned Hall named “M.A. Chidambaram Conference Hall” of size 2,400 sq.ft. and a seating capacity of 150. The Chamber is also having two Air-conditioned Halls named “Dr. R.M. Alagappa Chettiar Conference Hall”, which are ideal for Board Meetings.
